About me
I trained at Drama Studio London, graduating in 2010. I am a creative and versatile character actress and have played roles ranging from the Nurse in "Romeo & Juliet" to Annie Wilkes in a stage version of "Misery". I have a variety of skills including verse speaking, stage combat and stand-up comedy. I have a strong mezzo soprano singing voice and a wide range of accents in my vocal repertoire.I have performed self-devised stand-up comedy routines at local comedy clubs. I also have experience of story-telling, multi-role ensemble playing and site-specific and promenade productions. I have also worked in forum theatre and medical role play with Sheffield's Dead Earnest Theatre.
I have work experience including BBC local radio broadcasting, Customer Relations, Marketing and University Administration.
For over five years I worked with the Griffin Youth Theatre. Together with other adult volunteers, I prepared and led workshops and improvisation sessions. I also helped to organise and stage many GYT productions and undertook a variety of backstage duties.
