An actor for some 20 years,with considerable stage and film experience but,above all a mastery of voice work of all kinds,featuring a naturally warm and authoritative timbre and a huge range of character voices.Additional skills:
Scuba Diving (PADI Open Water Diver)

Long-standing interest in (and deep knowledge of) Natural History,Mythology / Folklore,History of Languages etc. - high suitability for
NARRATION OF DOCUMENTARIES,given degree
of comfort / familiarity with scientific and other specialist language / jargon.
Additional information:
Have done foreign language computer game voiceovers in French,Spanish,Italian and German,using character voices and
accents (e.g. Glaswegian motor mechanic in Italian,Russian astronaut speaking Spanish etc.)Also have some odd
vocal techniques for character voices
(e.g. speaking on the inbreath to render animated frog,sheep,pig and parrot voices.
Father (deceased 8/7/06)was Peter Hawkins - voice of the original Flowerpot Men,Daleks etc. and can duplicate some of his famous voice creations (e.g. the Flowerpot Men's 'Oddle-poddle'language, the'Captain Pugwash' voices,the Daleks from 'Dr. Who' etc.).
