Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music / Blackheath Halls

Blackheath Halls is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
Audiences at the Halls benefit from being able to hear some of the world’s most talented young performers, often in free events. The likes of Laura Jurd (BBC New Generation Artist) and James Newby (winner of the Kathleen Ferrier Award for Singers) gave early performances at the Halls.

Trinity Laban performances include:

Side by Side orchestral concerts, featuring talented students performing with the UK’s top orchestral musicians;
an annual Summer Opera production;
the regular free Beats in the Bar series of informal jazz recitals;
the Blackheath Halls Showcase Series from our most talented recitalists and chamber ensembles;
an annual Musical Theatre Showcase;
engaging and entertaining Schools’ Concerts; and
innovative programmes from our String, Wind and Chamber Orchestras
